We want you to be happy with your TOOZLE purchases!


We hope you have many fulfilling hours working your TOOZLE puzzle(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days after purchase, let us know why. We'll either issue a refund for the purchase price or replace missing/damaged pieces at our discretion.


Missing a piece? Email a photo of the completed puzzle that clearly shows which piece is missing, and we'll send you a replacement. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
